We had a great time at this house, plenty of room for everyone and a short walk to the beach which was great for little ones. We had a few maintenance issues but Akash always responded immediately. We also really appreciated him allowing us to check in early.
Group of 11 guys came for 3 nights for a bachelor party. Was a blast, everyone was comfortable and the location is great! Akash was always responsive and the maintenance guys helped fix one issue in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!
We spent a perfect week on Tybee Island with our adult children at Akash's beach house. The house is well designed with plenty of living space. It had everything we needed for the week including kitchen amenities and beach things. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. We slept like babies. Akash is an incredibly attentive host and had a wealth of suggestions for the area. The water was so warm and every day we saw more dolphins than we've ever seen before - it was magical! We rented golf carts to get around the island and the local market had everything we needed. We would come back in a heartbeat and stay with Akash again.
Everything was perfect at this home. We could not have been happier. Communication was great and everything was as described and very clean. Would definitely rent again.
The house was perfect for traveling with elders as there is an elevator in the house. There is game room for playing. And a TV in every room if you need to catch up on your shows. The location to the beach is a great easy walk. There are plenty of chairs to take to the beach and relax. The decks on the house offer a great view to the ocean and always get a good breeze. If you get a chance to rent this place you should. Especially if traveling with a big group.
